After only a few coaching sessions (6 in total) with Paul I now realise my true potential and after working through my self-limiting beliefs I can whole-heartedly say I am ready to take on my goals and start living the life of my dreams by setting up the retreats abroad.

The first thing I would say about Paul is that he is very good at what he does! I approached the whole thing as a bit of an experiment. A former Army officer who had changed career and was happily practising as a chiropractor and I undertook the course of coaching the result was amazing and helped me grow to a whole new level!

I attended one of Paul Ryder’s Life Coaching weekend courses as his guest earlier this year, and although I am already a qualified and experienced hypnotherapy, psychotherapist and Life Coach, I found his course to be very informative, interactive, good fun, and fantastic value for money. I find Paul to be a very genuine person who, as a Life Coach, loves to share his knowledge and experiences with others in both group and one-to-one settings, to help them make positive changes and reach their full potential. I have a very busy work and social life so when I look for personal development I need something I can put on my iPod on in the car and I have also studied lots on personal development already so I needed something that was deeper than the rest of the stuff out there and with the mask programme I definitely did. I was surprised how quickly it got down the the core facts and stayed that way the whole programme – well worth the investment ten times over!

I came across Paul after reaching a point in my life where I realised I was in a rut that despite my all best efforts I couldn’t get myself out of. As a confident person I was in an unfamiliar place that was filled with self doubt, anxiety and pessimism, feelings that whilst no strangers to me had become all consuming. I recognised the ‘symptoms’ but they had taken over and overwhelmed me to the point of being debilitating. I knew what I wanted, to find someone special and have a loving relationship as well as being in a job I was motivated in, but I felt that a number of external circumstances where hindering those dreams. Paul helped me to realise that the factors I perceived to be minor were in fact the main culprits – old feelings and perceptions from the past. Paul helped me to make sense of the past to understand the present, which enabled me to visualise my future and believe all my dreams were possible. Self doubt, anxiety and pessimism are now friends rather than foes as I own them rather than them owning me. I’m living life more happily, fearlessly and authentically and I’ve met an amazing man after Paul helped me to have the best and most important relationship of all – one with myself.
